  • Animals, except swine, may be allowed if they are not bred or raised for commercial purposes.

  • Gazebos are allowed upon getting written approval from developer

  • No clothesline (permanent or temporary) exposed to public view

  • No prohibited drugs, contraband, effect of crime, explosives, and unsecured combustible materials.

  • No existing fruit or shade trees and plants found within or outside property shall be cut, removed, damaged, relocated, or transferred.
